LSBA Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is comprised of 22 volunteer leaders who are charged with fiscal responsibility for the Louisiana State Bar Association and with administration of the affairs of the Association as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.

Meeting at least six times per fiscal year, the Board consists of ex-officio members, at-large members and elected members who serve terms ranging from one to three years.
