LSBA Elections

The Louisiana State Bar Association conducts annual elections for officers, the Board of Governors, the Nominating Committee, the LSBA House of Delegates, the ABA House of Delegates and the Young Lawyers Division Council. As authorized by the Articles of Incorporation, the Board of Governors annually adopts procedures and a timeline for administering the Association’s elections.

Voting in Runoff Races Continues Through Feb. 6

Runoff voting will continue through Monday, Feb. 6, for two LSBA leadership positions. S. David Holladay and Adrian G. Nadeau is seeking the LSBA House of Delegates Nineteenth Judicial District position. Laura F. Ashley and Dylan M. Tuggle is seeking the LSBA Young Lawyers Division Council First Board District position. Balloting is being conducted electronically and by mail. Electronic voting should be completed before midnight CST on Feb. 6 and mailed ballots should have a U.S. postmark by that date. Mailed ballots with a U.S. postmark of Feb. 6 or earlier must be received by Feb. 9 in order to be counted.
