Lending Library Policy

1. Who may borrow materials? Louisiana State Bar Association members in good standing.

2. How can a member borrow materials? A member must fill out an application either online or in person at the Bar Center. The application requires an attorney's credit card information.

3. Is there any cost associated to the service? If the item is not checked out in person, the shipping and handling cost is $5.00 per item. If the item is lost or not returned the attorney will be charged for a replacement.

4. How long can I borrow an item? Three weeks. If the item is not timely returned or lost, the Louisiana State Bar Association will charge the borrower's credit card to purchase a replacement.

5. You may borrow up to three titles per session and may choose to pick your order up at the LSBA Bar Center or choose to have your order delivered to you.

Items are to be returned to the Bar Center C/O LOMAP program 601 St. Charles Ave. New Orleans Louisiana 70130. Because of potential delay in mail service there will be a two (2) to three (3) day grace period in the return of all resource materials.
