LSBA Opinion Service

Welcome to the LSBA Opinion Service allowing members and the public to obtain the latest opinions released from Louisiana appellate courts (first, second, third, fourth and fifth circuits) and the Louisiana Supreme Court. By subscribing to this service, LSBA members can automatically receive appellate court opinions via automatic e-mail notifications, RSS feed or both. If you are not an LSBA member you still may participate in the LSBA Opinion Service however non-members only receive notification via e-mail.
