Beth Chauvin Beth is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Louisiana's local and specialty associations to enhance or expand programs and activities which benefit Louisiana lawyers. She also researches proposed member benefits and makes recommendations on their potential value to LSBA members. Additionally, Beth assists with the implementation of diversity initiatives. She joined the LSBA staff in September 2012.

Sonjanita Jordan Sonjanita assists the executive director, executive assistant and director of member outreach and diversity, through administrative and clerical duties, with various aspects of the operation of the Association. She also assists the president, president-elect and immediate past president with scheduling, travel and correspondence on an as-needed basis. Sonjanita joined the staff in 2009.
