Join the Louisiana State Bar Association in New Orleans' Warehouse District in January for the Midyear Meeting. The three-day event will feature:
- CLE events, including the Young Lawyers Section Professional Development Seminar
- A reception honoring the 50-, 60- and 70-year members of the LSBA
- Meetings of the Board of Governors, the House of Delegates and other committees
- Meetings of the Louisiana Center for Law and Civic Education, the Louisiana Bar Foundation and other organizations

House of Delegates to Meet Jan. 17.
The LSBA's House of Delegates will meet at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at the New Orleans Marriott at the Convention Center, 859 Convention Center Blvd., in conjunction with the Midyear Meeting. Review the agenda and resolutions.
Young Lawyers Section Sponsoring Two Events
The Louisiana State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section will present its annual Professional Development CLE seminar on Friday, January 16, 2009, followed by its second annual Diversity Luncheon. The CLE seminar offers 4 free CLE hours and is limited to the first 150 young lawyers who register. The Diversity Luncheon is limited to invited guests.
