Registration Open for Francophone Section’s Nov. 19 International Civil Law Symposium Registration is now open for the LSBA Francophone Section’s Judge Allen M. Babineaux International Civil Law Symposium, set for Thursday, Nov. 19, at the Old U.S. Mint, 400 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans. The theme is “Commemorating the Civil Rights Voting Act of 1965.” Registration begins at 12:30 p.m.; the program begins at 12:45 p.m. A reception ends the event at 5:15 p.m. Organizers have applied for 4 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism.
