532 Applicants Pass July 2014 Bar Exam


The Committee on Bar Admissions has announced that 532 successful applicants have passed the July 2014 Bar Examination and completed all requirements for licensure in Louisiana. This represents an overall passage rate of 69.82%.

Pass rates for Louisiana law schools are as follows: LSU, 81.5%; Loyola, 72.68%; Southern, 56.25%; and Tulane, 77.78%. The pass rate for all other law schools was 64.43%. For the list of those who passed, go to: http://www.lasc.org.

The Admission Ceremony for candidates who successfully completed the exam and have met all other requirements will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, in the New Orleans Theater of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd., New Orleans.
