Mentees May Register Now for Mentoring Program; More Mentors Always Needed! The LSBA and its Committee on the Profession are encouraging new lawyers admitted in 2014 to register now for the free, voluntary Transition Into Practice (TIP) pilot mentoring program, set to begin Jan. 1, 2015, in the Baton Rouge, Shreveport and greater New Orleans areas. Approved by the Louisiana Supreme Court and sponsored by CNA/Gilsbar, this groundbreaking program will pair new lawyers with mentors capable of guiding them through the intricacies of the first year of practice.
