2015 Judicial Interest Rate is 4% Pursuant to authority granted by La. R.S. 13:4202(B)(1), as amended by Acts 2001, No. 841, the Louisiana Commissioner of Financial Institutions has determined that the judicial rate of interest for calendar year 2015 will be four (4.0%) percent per annum.
