30-Day Public Comment Period Open on Proposed Title IV Rules and Appendices


The Louisiana Supreme Court’s Court Rules Committee and Family Court Rules Committee are seeking public comments on proposed Title IV Rules and Appendices. The 30-day public comment period will continue through Wednesday, April 15.

Interested parties seeking to comment during the 30-day period may do so via email, facsimile or U.S. mail.
• Email comments to distctrules@lasc.org.
• Fax comments to the Court Rules Committee at (504)310-2606.
• Mail comments to Court Rules Committee, Louisiana Supreme Court, Ste. 1190, 400 Royal St., New Orleans, LA 70130. Mailed comments should be received (not postmarked) by the April 15 date.

Once the 30-day period has expired, the Court Rules Committee will review all comments, make any changes it deems appropriate, and then submit a final draft to the Supreme Court for review and possible approval.
