LSBA Committees Schedule Second of 3-Part Disabilities-Related CLE Series The LSBA Diversity Committee’s Pipeline Subcommittee and the LSBA Legal Services for Persons with Disabilities Committee have scheduled the second of a three-part CLE series focusing on disabilities-related legal issues. The next CLE, titled "Fit to Practice," is 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, at the Baton Rouge Bar Center, 544 Main St., Baton Rouge, and will focus on liability and ethics issues in the event an attorney experiences short- or long-term disability.
