The Village of Baytowne Wharf
The Village of Baytowne Wharf is made up of 2 separate complexes with the conference center connecting the 2 areas. The Grand complex is comprised of Grand Sandestin, Bahia, Lasata, and Elation. The Village Complex is comprised of Pilot House, Market Street Inn and Observation Point North and South. The Village is also close to the Baytowne Marina, Tennis Center, Jolee Island Nature Park and just a tram ride from the beach. Many units boast views of the sparkling waters of Choctawhatchee Bay. All have gated parking, pool access and fitness centers, and are within walking distance of myriad restaurants and a unique collection of specialty merchants. Beachside at Sandestin encompasses six different neighborhoods including Beachside I and II, Westwinds, Luau, Tivoli and Tivoli Terrace, Pine Ridge and Beachwalk Villas.
Westwinds
Westwinds is located directly on the beach and features one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, along with spectacular balcony views and fresh sea air. Special features include swimming pool, children's pool and hot tub for Westwinds owners and guests, private beach boardwalk, free Wi-Fi, seasonal poolside tiki bar and covered parking.

Luau
Luau is one of Sandestin's luxury beachside properties and offers Destin beach condominiums with amazing views. Located just a short stroll from Sandestin's world-renowned beaches, Luau combines elegance and simplicity with its Asian-inspired feel. Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa
There is a limited room block available at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. These all-suite accommodations feature private balconies with spectacular Gulf views. Each room is appointed with a coffeemaker, microwave oven, wet bar and refrigerator. Rates include daily maid service. Reservations must be confirmed using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche or Diner’s Club. Guests will be charged one night’s room deposit. Deposits refundable only if reservations canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Guests who check out prior to scheduled departure date will be charged early checkout fee of $50, unless hotel is notified of change either prior to or at check-in.
