The Village of Baytowne Wharf
The accommodations in the Village include Market Street Inn, The Grand Sandestin, Observation Point, Pilot House, Lasata, Bahia and Elation. Many units boast views of the sparkling waters of Choctawhatchee Bay. All have gated parking, pool access and fitness centers, and are within walking distance of myriad restaurants and a unique collection of specialty merchants.


Grand Sandestin
With Southern-inspired architectural design and detail, the Grand is situated on the Choctawhatchee Bay and features 168 suites, lushly landscaped gardens and soothing water fountains surrounding a restful poolscape.

Lasata
Lasata welcomes guests with a graceful plantation-style architecture consisting of hotel, one-, two- or three-bedroom condominiums.

Bahia
Bahia is a 112-unit building featuring hotel rooms and one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums. The property is distinguished by its bay front location and "boutique-hotel" style of interior design, known as "Coastal Contemporary."

Elation
With unique bay front and "golf front" positioning, water vistas compete with views of Burnt Pine's verdant fairways. Thoughtful design keeps the rooms airy and uncluttered.

Luau
Opened in 2006, Luau is the newest Sandestin property on the beach side of Highway 98. Located across the street from Finz restaurant and a short stroll to Sandestin's world-renowned beaches, Luau combines elegance and simplicity with its Asian-inspired feel. The location atop the highest elevation at Sandestin provides excellent views, even for units on the lower floors. Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa
These all-suite accommodations feature private balconies with spectacular Gulf views. Each room is appointed with a coffeemaker, microwave oven, wet bar and refrigerator. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools, two whirlpools, complimentary daily newspaper and complimentary use of Serenity by the Sea's Fitness Center. Rates include daily maid service.

To receive the rates listed, group code LJC is required when making reservations at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Reservations must be confirmed using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche or Diner's Club. Guests will be charged one night's room deposit at the time reservations are confirmed. Deposits are refundable only if reservations are canceled at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date. Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged an early checkout fee of $50, unless the hotel is notified of the change either prior to or at check-in.
