As the Annual Meeting Host Committee, the 10 outstanding members of the Leadership LSBA 2008-09 Class are coordinating a reception for first-time Annual Meeting attendees, whether new lawyers or seasoned attorneys. This is the opportunity to meet LSBA leaders and judges and review meeting educational and networking opportunities.

The Leadership LSBA program's goals include educating potential Bar leaders, increasing diversity in Bar leadership, networking and fostering professionalism and civility within the association. Class members are required to attend board and committee meetings to learn more about the governance process. This spring, class members are sponsoring a statewide high school art contest with the theme "The American Legal Legacy: Freedom, Justice, Liberty, Equality."

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Friday, May 29, 2009. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Friday, May 29, 2009.
