The Vietnamese American Bar Association of Louisiana (VABAL) quarterly meeting was held on July 7, 2011, at the Jazmine Cafe in New Orleans, LA. The VABA elected its 2011-2012 Officers, discussed the association's mission, planned their quarterly newsletter content, and agreed to monthly call-in meetings.
