LASC Approves District Court Rules Amendments

The Louisiana Supreme Court reviewed and approved the latest District Court Rules amendments on Nov. 27, following a 30-day public comment period and a Court Rules Committee review of all comments received. These amendments will take effect on Jan. 1, 2013, and may be reviewed on the Supreme Court’s website, http://www.lasc.org.
