LASC Seeks Comments on Proposed Civil Jury Instructions
The Louisiana Supreme Court’s Committee to Study Plain Civil Jury Instructions has drafted proposed opening instructions for use in all cases, proposed interim instructions on selected issues and proposed closing instructions for use in most cases. The committee is accepting comments on the proposed material for 30 days (the comment period began on Feb. 13). To review the proposed material and for information on how to submit comments, go to:
