The first in the series, titled "Special Education Law 101: Student Rights and School Responsibilities," was held September 24, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. The session was co-hosted by the Children's Law Committee and Southern University Law Center.
The session was free and opened to the public.
