Nominations Accepted Through June 30 for Citizen Lawyer Award The Citizen Lawyer Awards recognize lawyers who perform noteworthy public service or engage in charitable and civic activities for the benefit of others out of a sense of concern, duty, responsibility, and professionalism.The Awards highlight contributions made by members of the Louisiana State Bar Association to the civic health and quality of life within their home towns and parishes. The LSBA believes it is important to acknowledge these often unsung heroes and heroines in the communities in which they live and work. The Citizen Lawyer Awards will also inform the public of the significant contributions of quality of life made by lawyers and judges.
