LIFT "Flood Proof" Legal Incubator Project Application Deadline Set for Jan. 18 The LSBA LIFT Incubator Program is accepting applications for its newest project, Flood Proof, in Baton Rouge.The purpose of the Project is to increase access to civil legal help for low-income disaster victims to resolve heir property problems and home ownership disputes in the wake of Louisiana’s catastrophic flooding in August 2016. Louisiana licensed attorneys who have been practicing for less than six years and who are interested in opening a public interest solo practice in Baton Rouge are encouraged to apply.
