LBLS Now Accepting Certification Application Requests The Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization (LBLS) is now accepting requests for applications for 2018 certification in appellate practice, estate planning and administration, family law and tax law through Feb. 28, 2018. Applications for business bankruptcy law and consumer bankruptcy law certification will be accepted through Sept. 30, 2018.
