The LSBA Access to Justice Program will hold a 3-hour CLE on Dec. 13 to discuss a new program designed to reduce barriers faced after incarceration.This training is designed to educate volunteer attorneys on: collateral consequences of incarceration, the implementation of a program designed to reduce barriers faced after incarceration, and step-by-step instructions on how to handle legal issues for Re-Entry Court participants that will increase success and reduce recidivism.
