LBLS Accepting Requests for Certification Applications The Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization (LBLS) is accepting applications for certification in four specialties — appellate practice, estate planning and administration, family law and tax law — through Feb. 28. The LBLS is accepting applications for certification in the new specialty of health law through March 31.
