LBLS Accepting Requests for Bankruptcy Law Certification The Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization (LBLS) is accepting application requests for 2016 certification in business bankruptcy law and consumer bankruptcy law through Sept. 30, 2015. Although the written test for these specialties is administered by the American Board of Certification, attorneys should apply for LBLS approval simultaneously with the testing agency to avoid delay of board certification by the LBLS.
