Updated Louisiana District Court Rules Now Online The Louisiana Supreme Court approved the latest District Court Rule amendments on May 16. The amendments became effective on July 1.The Supreme Court's approval followed a 30-day public comment period and the Court Rules Committee review of all comments received.
