Kutcher, Sonnier, Sternberg, Jones Certified Elected for Leadership Positions Robert A. Kutcher of Metairie and Shayna L. Sonnier of Lake Charles have been certified elected for 2018-19 LSBA president-elect and 2018-20 LSBA treasurer, respectively, following the close of election qualifying on Oct. 16. Scott L. Sternberg of New Orleans and Carrie L. Jones of Baton Rouge have been certified elected for 2018-19 Young Lawyers Division chair-elect and secretary, respectively.Kutcher will automatically assume the LSBA presidency in 2019-20. Sternberg will automatically assume the YLD chair’s position in 2019-20.
