YLD Professional Development CLE Set for Jan. 20 The $30 seminar is open to the first 175 young lawyers who register.The CLE will be held on Friday, January 20, from 7:50 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel (7000 Bluebonnet Blvd.). The Professional Development Seminar has been approved for 4 hours of CLE credit, including one hour each of ethics, professionalism and law practice management. Sessions will include “Ethics of Social Media,” “LPM – Horrible Bosses (and Attorneys)” and “Why I Mow My Lawn: Insight on Potential Common Title Defects.” Federal Judge Jay C. Zainey will also give a presentation on professionalism and how you can make a difference in 2017 through the LSBA SOLACE Program.
