LBLS-Certified Specialists Being Offered Hardship CLE Exemption Specialists certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization (LBLS) who experienced substantial flood damage to their homes and/or offices can take advantage of a specialization CLE hardship exemption for 2016. Attorneys must complete an exemption form, available from the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization, to get the CLE waiver. No documentation of damages required, only the signature of the attorney filing for the waiver.
