MCLE Committee Approves Hardship CLE Exemption for Flooding Victims The Louisiana Supreme Court’s Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee has approved a CLE hardship exemption for 2016 for attorneys who have had substantial flood damage to their homes and/or offices.The committee is not requiring documentation of damages, only the signature of the attorney filing for the waiver.
