CLE on Domestic Violence Strangulation Cases Planned for Oct. 3-4 The New Orleans Family Justice Center, in partnership with the Training Institute on Strangulation Prevention, are co-sponsoring a two-day CLE seminar titled, "Identifying, Investigating, and Prosecuting Domestic Violence Strangulation Cases." The $40 seminar will take place Oct. 3-4, 2019 at 701 Loyola Ave and has been approved for up to 14.0 hours of CLE credit.
