In-Person Attendance ..... $320 / $345 after Nov. 6
(The fee includes electronic course materials, seminar attendance and coffee/refreshment breaks.)

Webcast:
•½ Day (morning: 8:30 a.m. - noon) ..... $160
•½ Day (afternoon: 1:00-4:30 p.m., includes ethics) ..... $160 
(The fee includes electronic course materials.)

On-Site Registrants will be provided the link to download electronic course materials at the time of registration. Printed seminar manuals will be available for purchase at the seminar.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Nov. 6. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Nov. 6.


CLE Credits
• In-Person:
approved for a maximum of 6.25 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of  ethics
• Webcast AM (morning sessions):
approved for a maximum of 3.25 hours of CLE credit
• Webcast PM (afternoon sessions):
approved for a maximum of 3 hours of CLE credit including 1 hour of ethics

IMPORTANT NOTE! Participation and credit for attendance at technologically transmitted courses shall be limited to four (4) hours annually per MCLE Rule 3(d).
