The winds of change in the world of Social Security are upon us. SSA has introduced major changes to its disability evaluation process, including important modifications to the rules governing mental impairments, standards for evaluating credibility, and guidelines for the timely submission of evidence, among others. This seminar includes a cast of outstanding Social Security judges and practitioners who share their perspective and analyses of these new changes. A must for any Social Security practitioner.

 (The fee includes electronic course materials, seminar attendance and coffee/refreshment breaks.)

On-Site Registrants will be provided the link to download electronic course materials at the time of registration. Printed seminar manuals will be available for purchase at the seminar.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 13. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after April 13.

CLE CREDITS:  This program has been approved for a maximum of 6.25 hours of CLE credits, including 1 hour of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism.
