As this is the weekend before the busy Thanksgiving season, members are urged to book their flights early to obtain best airfares.

Member Registration includes: Seminar attendance, continental breakfast on mornings of meetings, coffee breaks, and electronic program materials provided via link.

Early registration is encouraged as space is limited. A confirmation email, including more detailed information on the hotel and area attractions, will be sent prior to the program.

Seminar Materials! This program is Paper-Free! Electronic program materials are accessible via a link sent prior to the seminar, to the email address of record you provided to the LSBA. We suggest you print the materials in advance and bring them with you. If you choose to review the materials from your electronic device, we strongly suggest you charge the device’s battery, as electrical outlets may be limited. Internet access will not be available in the meeting room.

CLE CREDITS: This program has been approved for 17.25 maximum CLE credit, including 2 hours of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS -
The room rate at the InterContinental New York Times Square is $295 (single/double occupancy per night excluding taxes of 14.750% plus $3.50 New York City Occupancy Room Tax per room per night occupied. Subject to change based on prevailing New York laws.)

The above rate will be honored only on Nov. 17 (arrival date)-Nov. 30 (departure date). Members are urged to register early, as there are only a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rate listed above.

Cut off date for reservations is
NOV. 6, 2019. Reservation requests received after this date are subject to guest room availability. Prevailing rates will apply. The LSBA room block is reserved for seminar attendees only. In order to reserve a hotel room (2 rooms maximum allowed), you must be registered for the seminar.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.. If arriving early, sleeping rooms may not be available. Luggage may be stored with the hotel’s guest services staff. There may be a late charge for departures after 12 noon.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION - (INTERCONTINENTAL NEW YORK TIMES SQUARE)
A major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Blanche, and Diners Club are accepted. If you are not using a credit card, you must submit a one-night deposit check for $342.01(includes taxes) payable to the InterContinental New York Times Square. The deposit will be refunded if cancellation notice is received at least three (3) working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (LSBA)
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Friday, Oct. 25. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Friday, Oct. 25.

LSBA HOSPITALITY SUITE (Hotel InterContinental Times Square Hotel)
The Hospitality Suite will be open as follows:
• 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Friday, November 22
• 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Saturday, November 23
• 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Sunday, November 24
• 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Monday, November 25

The following will be available in the Hospitality Suite:
• beer
• wine
• light snack
• Internet access

Participation Fee:
• $40 per day, double occupancy or $20 per day, single occupancy (inclusive of tax and gratuity), will be included on each hospitality suite participant’s hotel bill as a daily resort fee;
• Only those who sign up in advance and pay the $20 per person resort fee may enter the hospitality suite, as the hotel will prepare for only those guests who have preregistered for this amenity.
