Always popular, this seminar will teach winning trial skills– from successful techniques of persuasion, closing statements and use of expert witnesses, through drafting an effective appeal, spoliation, and professionalism in the courtroom.

• Section Member ..... $295 / $320 after Nov. 25
• Non-Section Member .......... $320 / $345 after Nov. 25

The fee includes electronic course materials, seminar attendance and coffee/refreshment breaks.

On-Site Registrants will be provided the link to download electronic course materials at the time of registration. Printed seminar manuals will be available for purchase at the seminar.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Nov. 25. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Nov. 25.

CLE CREDITS:  This program has been approved for a maximum of 7 hours of CLE credits, including 1 hour of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism.
