For the last ten years, the LSBA has convened a Conclave on Diversity in the Legal Profession. The LSBA chose to host a "conclave" rather than a "meeting" because a conclave signifies "an assembly or gathering, especially one that has special authority, power, or influence.

"The Authenticity Principle" gives you the tools to make this happen. It includes insights from the latest neuroscience, leadership, diversity, and mindfulness research, and lessons author Ritu Bhasin has learned on her own journey from experiencing racist childhood bullying to being a fearlessly authentic entrepreneur. It also shares the wisdom of more than 50 leaders Bhasin interviewed who have overcome barriers to being authentic.
