Facing the Challenges of Immigration Law

Friday, April 20, 2018

Registration: 8-8:30 a.m.
Seminar: 8:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m.

Immigration law remains a hot topic as immigration issues remain on the forefront, impacting millions of lives. It is more important than ever for practitioners to understand the law and remain knowledgeable to changes in visa programs and policies that may affect foreign national clientele as well as employers who utilize an international workforce.  This year’s program includes a “beginner/fundamental series” for attorneys new to the practice of immigration law. The afternoon presentations will focus on topics for advanced immigration practitioners. Join seasoned members of the bench and bar as they examine the challenges of immigration law.
Following the program, the Immigration Law Section invites speakers & attendees to an informal “Happy Hour” at Batch Bar, located in the hotel lobby.
