Free legal hotlines have been activated to offer assistance with issues like FEMA benefits, SBA loans, insurance, landlord-tenant, contractor issues.

The Texas hotline number is (800)504-7030.
The Florida hotline number is (866)550-2929.

The Louisiana Civil Justice Center has also teamed with the ABA and FEMA to offer free legal help to those affected by hurricanes in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Puerto Rico/USVI hotline number is (800)310-7029.
