SANDESTIN GOLF & BEACH RESORT


Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre premier destination resort located in Northwest Florida, between Pensacola and Panama City. Whether it is the 7.5 miles of beach and bay, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, 113-slip marina with dozens of water sports, deep sea fishing and more, many retail offerings, restaurants and dining options (from casual to dinner cruises to gourmet), four resort swimming pools (plus additional pools in many of the neighborhoods) or miles of beautiful hiking and bicycle paths, you are sure to find many memorable ways to fill your days and nights. Be sure to plan time to discover the Village of Baytowne Wharf - a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center peppered with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs and year-round special events.

AMENITIES

Sandestin guests may take advantage of the following amenities by presenting their resort cards:

  • Two (2) complimentary 4-hour bicycle rentals each day of your stay (per unit).
  • One hour of free kayak rentals and one hour of boogie boards, weather permitting (2 boogie boards per reservation).
  • An hour of free Sandestin Florida tennis court time per unit (after 11 a.m. during peak season: March 1st - July 31st).
  • Free access to the Sandestin Fitness Center, not including group fitness classes.
  • Free seasonal Sandestin transportation tram service.
  • Preferred Beach Parking, while spaces last.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort currently offers in-unit housekeeping services on request only. Sandestin guests may request housekeeping services (to include towel replenishment, general tidying and trash removal and linen change on the third night) with the Front Desk upon arrival. If services are not requested, Sandestin assumes the guest is not comfortable with housekeeping personnel entering their unit. In this case, guests may use the resort’s texting platform to request delivery of towel or amenity replenishments (or other services) during their stay. Sandestin accommodations are furnished with coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent and bathroom amenities upon check-in.

All rates shown are inclusive of the 12% resort fee. Reservations must be confirmed using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Guests will be charged one night's room deposit at the time reservations are confirmed by the resort. Deposits are refundable only if reservations are canceled at least seven days prior to the arrival date.

Based on availability, negotiated LSBA rates are available three days prior and three days following the official meeting dates.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. The resort reserves the right to assess late check-out charges to guests who do not vacate their accommodations by 10 a.m. on date of departure.
