The LJC/LSBA Joint Summer School and LSBA Annual Meeting offers a variety of venues for sponsors and vendors to market products or services to the state’s most prominent legal professionals at the LSBA’s largest annual legal event.

The LJC / LSBA Joint Summer School and LSBA Annual Meeting six-day conference features engaging CLE programming, a large Exhibitor Hall, alumni association parties and bar committee meetings. There are plenty of networking opportunities to engage and interact with conference attendees throughout the week, in both professional and social settings.

All exhibitors and sponsors receive recognition in the conference’s program book and some promotional materials.

ADVERTISING IN ANNUAL MEETING PROGRAMS

The Annual Meeting Program is an excellent advertising vehicle, as all information for the event is included, such as event descriptions, schedules, meeting locations and more. Many attendees refer to the program often. The Annual Meeting Program is a perfect outlet for advertisers to showcase their goods and services to this influential market.

The Annual Meeting Program will be distributed to the Bar members as a part of their registration packets and will be circulated at strategic locations throughout the conference center.

The LSBA would like to extend to you the opportunity to advertise in the Annual Meeting Program. These positions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis:

Ad Sizes
Advertisers may choose from two ad sizes which will run inside the publication:

Full-page Ad: 5.5” wide x 8.5” tall
Half-page Ad: 5.5” wide x 4.25” tall
