The section provides important information on issues regarding the areas of insurance, workers' compensation, admiralty and tort law. The section contributes a Recent Developments article for each issue of the Louisiana Bar Journal, conducts a free CLE seminar in connection with the Annual Meeting with materials circulated electronically to all members, and co-sponsors a variety of Louisiana State Bar Association CLEs in exchange for our members receiving discounts.
