La. Board of Legal Specialization Mails Recertification Applications The Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization (LBLS) has mailed recertification applications to specialists whose certification expires Dec. 31, 2014. The completed application, along with a $100 check payable to the “Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization,” should be mailed to the LBLS, c/o Barbara Shafranski, Executive Director, 601 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA 70130.
