Attorneys Needed to Present “Day of Service” Legal Programs at Parish Libraries; Sign Up by Sept. 15 LSBA President Joseph L. (Larry) Shea, Jr. is encouraging Louisiana attorneys to volunteer their time and talent by participating in the LSBA’s Day of Service “Lawyers in Libraries” event on Thursday, Oct. 23. “Lawyers in Libraries” was designed in partnership with the Louisiana Library Association to deliver legal information and resources to the public at local libraries around the state. Attorneys have the option to present Ask-a-Lawyer programs or other legal presentations.
