Disaster Title Clearing Project

The purpose of the Project is to increase access to civil legal help for low-income disaster victims by resolving property and title clearing matters in the wake of Hurricane Ida. Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, LSU Paul M. Hebert Law School, and the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Legal Innovators for Tomorrow (LIFT) Incubator have partnered to offer two law firms the opportunity to develop their own law practice while serving those in need in Terrebonne, Lafourche, St. John, and St. Charles parishes.
