Tina L. Suggs is the Managing Attorney at State Farm’s Claims Litigation Counsel Office in Metairie, Louisiana. With over 16 years of experience at State Farm, she plays an active role in the company’s national committees, contributing to legal strategy and industry best practices.

Suggs earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology in 1991 from the University of New Orleans and Louisiana State University School of Allied Health. She later pursued her passion for law, obtaining her JD from Loyola University College of Law in 2004 and gaining admission to the Louisiana Bar in 2005.

Suggs was recently re-appointed to the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Board of Governors, where she serves as the Board’s representative on the LSBA Budget committee. In addition, she serves on the LSBA’s Committee on the Profession and Access to Justice Commission.

Suggs is deeply committed to legal diversity and community service. She is a Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) and serves as the Co-Chair and City Lead for the LCLD Alumni Chapter in Louisiana. Additionally, she is a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., engaging in both local and international community service initiatives.

She has been married to Everett C. Suggs for 33 years and they are the proud parents of four children.
