Talley, Jr., a partner in the New Orleans office of the law firm Phelps Dunbar, LLP, was installed June 6 as the 84th president of the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) during a ceremony at the LSBA’s Annual Meeting in Destin, Fla. LSBA Members, Local and Specialty Bars Honored with Young Lawyers Division Awards; Top 40 List RecognizedNEW ORLEANS—Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) members, a local bar association and a specialty bar association received LSBA Young Lawyers Division awards, including the Top 40 List, presented to the state’s top young lawyers who have made exceptional contributions to the legal profession and their communities. All awards were presented during the Louisiana Young Lawyers Conference on April 12, with the theme “Saved by the Bar.”
