ARE YOU MISSING CREDITS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REPORTED TO YOUR TRANSCRIPT?
- Sponsors have 30 days to enter attendance.
- If the course was approved for credit in Louisiana and your credit hasn’t posted after 30 days, contact the sponsor of the course you completed.
- If the course was not approved for Louisiana credit or your certificate of completion says “self-apply”, you may individually apply for credit by using the Member Application for Out-of-State CLE Activity.
- To efficiently process your application, please email the completed form and all required documents (timed agenda, course/session descriptions, speaker bios and certificate of completion) to mcle@lsba.org.
