Transition Into Practice (TIP) Voluntary Mentoring Program
As the Supreme Court has formally approved the Transition into Practice (TIP) Program statewide for new admitees, the LSBA through its Committee on the Profession is continuing to implement the program now. The TIP Program will be available to new attorneys in the first year of their practice.
The program will match one mentor with a mentee, and mentors will receive CLE credit for their participation. This is an excellent opportunity to assist a newly admitted attorney and the Bar certainly appreciates all volunteers.
Further information about the program and mentor qualifications can be obtained at http://www.lsba.org/mentoring/
or by contacting Committee on the Profession Chair Barry H. Grodsky at (504) 599-8535.
