Nominations Now Being Accepted for Kimball Award The nomination deadline for the Catherine D. Kimball Award for Advancement of the Administration of Justice is March 31.This annual award was established to honor Catherine D. Kimball, the first woman to serve as chief justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court. The Catherine D. Kimball Award is open to both attorneys and judges who have done exemplary work in advancing the administration of justice in Louisiana.
