Trust Accounting Workshop CLE Scheduled for May 25 in Lafayette Attorneys and office managers are encouraged to attend the practical CLE approved for 2 hours of ethics and 1 hour of law practice management.The proper use of a trust account and the handling of client and third party funds is something that is essential to the practice of law but is rarely discussed in law school. LSBA Ethics Counsel Richard Lemmler will teach an intensive three hour CLE on the practical and ethical use of Trust Accounts. This course teaches lawyers how to avoid the many pitfalls involved in dealing with client trust accounts. Workshop registration is only $50.
